We want you to love every item you receive in your thrift box! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered. Here's how our return and refund process works:

- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

- Once we receive your returned items, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.

Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number once your box is on its way.
